We are committed to developing human capacity in youth, families, and in building overall capacity in communities.
We do this through the Young Adult Circle program, the I Can Parent program, and as we build trusting relationships wherever we work and engage in a wide range of community building initiatives.
Our commitment is to provide real help and not handouts. In addition to developing human capital, we want to create legitimate business opportunities as this has been proven to be the most effective way for people to rise out of poverty.
For this reason, we are deeply committed to the development of social enterprises.
Even as we address challenges related to physical needs, we are careful not to overlook the spiritual well-being of the individuals we serve.
We provide opportunities for open and authentic discussions around issues related to faith. We share the good news about Jesus and his power to radically transform people's lives and give hope.
